About

A collection grown out of workshop work, curated for patent practice.

This collection of knowledge articles, AI tools and prompts has grown out of the various seminars and workshops. Sebastian Goebel curates it for patent attorneys, patent engineers and anyone else working in patents who wants to use generative AI reliably in their daily work.

Generative AI shifts what can be done in drafting, search and office-action work with reasonable effort. It does not, however, replace human expertise. The tools and patterns gathered here are built to keep that responsibility visible, rather than let it disappear.

Where the tools come from

The prompting library in this hub has grown out of that daily patent work. Claim Brainstorming, the patent description generator, the problem-solution approach and the scope-of-protection analysis map the steps that come up daily in drafting and prosecution. The tools are available to workshop participants; their inputs are processed in the browser only and never leave the device.
